Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
